Prime Resins Announces New Concrete Slab Lifting System For Foam
CONYERS, GA – November 15, 2011 – Polyurethane foam, epoxy injection resins and polyurea coating manufacturing company Prime Resins recently announced its newest concrete slab lifting system called Precision Lift featuring the Equalizer Gun and Revolution Pump.
The Equalizer Gun is the first impingement gun designed specifically for lifting concrete slabs. According to a press release from Prime Resins, the gun has fewer moving parts that require maintenance, which ultimately leads to less downtime and more productivity. The gun also equalizes the pressure between higher viscosity B component and lower viscosity A component material.
Engineered for a single purpose, the Revolution Pump answers the need for lifting concrete slabs with lightweight, two-component polyurethane foam, specifically Prime Resin’s Precision Lift 2135.
Polymer Processing Equipment (PPE) is planned to manufacture, assemble and warrant the components.
Prime Resins Director of Marketing Don Rigby expressed his confidence in the Equalizer Gun’s ability to open new market opportunities for roofing and insulation contractors.

Unlike piston pumps, the simplicity of one continuous rotary motion will result in less energy use, less wear and quieter operations, according to the Prime Resins press release.
