We’re a new building company in Rochester. I have two, tiny one story single-family slab on grade homes. The homes are located on two separate building lots, neighboring each other at 3 & 5 Eisenberg Place, Rochester 14620. I’m interested in a take-off on R-49 closed cell spray foam in the rafter section. 3 Eisenberg total square footage is 861. 5 Eisenberg total square footage is 785.
