Rebuild A side pump on E-20
Order the rebuild kit, it will be here in the morning. Any advise or suggestions on rebuilding this pump?

Your probably done by now! It's easy, sometimes the iso makes taking it apart difficult. Be patient and you will be back to spraying full pressure in no time! |

It's went ok. took about 2 hours. The directions Graco provides are not very good. I just ordered the rebuild kit because i ruined one of the o-rings when i took the pump apart in the field. I figured 2 years old and 80 sets i should just as well rebuild it. Even if it didn't need rebuilt, it is good to have the knowledge of how the pump works. On the negative side, after i got the pump rebuilt, took it out to the field, and it still wasn't building pressure. I took it back apart, paid extra attention to the balls in it, and put it back together. It then worked, and I've sprayed 2 sets without a problem. thanks for asking! |
