It depends on how well ventilated the house is. MDI monitoring of SPF residential foam jobs indicate that in a typical house with the doors and windows open, fumes dissipate within a few hours. In more confined area it may take longer. Remember that odor does not mean toxic emissions and odor may last a few days. Some folks are more sensitive to odors than others. For example, I do not like to stay in a room that has been freshly painted and will usually take a short trip so the paint fumes can lesson. |
