Spray Foam Systems’ New Web Site Reflects New Focus

Spray Foam Systems’ New Web Site Reflects New Focus

GREENSBORO, GA - February 10, 2012 - Spray Foam Systems recently unveiled a brand-new Web site that positions the company as a one-stop shop for all things SPF.

Spray Foam Systems, a longtime full-service provider for all types of spray foams and equipment, is an authorized distributor for Graco products and also builds custom spray rigs. This year they have expanded their scope to become an extensive source of technical support and industry information as well as an online management tool for equipment purchasing and tracking.

Their new Web site was launched only a few weeks ago, and last week T.J. Peters of SFS was on hand to give SprayFoam.com a tour of their new home on the Web.

“You can create an account on our site, and manage all of your business right there,” explained Peters as he pulled up the home page on his iPad.  "Everything you need is right there on the store. Spray foam products, replacement parts, safety supplies, everything.”

There’s a user-friendly store portal, an advice section for getting started in the business,  a custom rig builder, social media tools and a vast index of product information and guidance. Peters pointed out the extensive Foam Knowledge section as a new addition to the Web site that the company is particularly proud of.

“We’ve indexed all the products we offer in one single spot,” he explained. “Data sheets, instruction manuals, troubleshooting guides, the whole nine yards.”

Remember that printed packet of material that would come with every piece of electrical or technical equipment you’ve ever bought? You’d shove into a drawer for “safekeeping”, only to lose track of it later when you actually needed to consult it. The Internet promised an end to those days, but never has the product information been so meticulously organized and placed into one convenient link.

Another feature that deserves mention is the custom Rig Constructor. This feature allows a spray foam contractor to “design” their own spray foam rig, tailored to their specific needs.

The tool asks a series of questions and then recommends a rig for the potential buyer. Starting with the question “What application are you planning on using the Spray Foam Systems Rig for?” it inquires about everything from hose length, to which type of air compressor is preferred, to a typical local climate.

“We want our customers to feel confident about their purchases,” Peters said of the tool. He noted that manufacturing custom spray rigs has been a part of the Spray Foam Systems business for several years, but the new Web site makes it easier than ever to customize.

“What we’re concentrating on right now is this new Web site, and making it as useful as possible for our visitors,” he said.

To boot, Spray Foam Systems was recently named a Graco Top 20 HPCF Distributor, an honor they have received now for two years in a row. In fact, SFS will be offering the new Graco E-30i and E-XP2i that Graco just unveiled last week at the SPFA Expo.
