Registration Is Now Open for The 2014 Polyurethanes Technical Conference
DALLAS, TX – June 11, 2014 – Registration is now open for the 2014 Polyurethanes Technical Conference, hosted by the Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) of the American Chemistry Council (ACC). The 2014 Polyurethanes Technical Conference will take place September 22 – 24 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Dallas. Attendees can save $200 with early registration, which is available through Friday, August 29.
Countless Networking Opportunities
Nearly 1,000 polyurethane professionals attended the 2013 Polyurethane Technical Conference. This is a unique opportunity to attend the premier networking opportunity of the year. The industry reception and the Table Top Exhibition will give companies an opportunity to showcase their products and connect with prospective customers.
Professional Development Program
For many years, the Polyurethanes Technical Conference has delivered educational courses, which make up the Professional Development Program (PDP). For just an additional $200, attendees gain unlimited access to courses covering new polyurethane capabilities, technologies and issues. Course topics include introductory polyurethane chemistry; technology; markets and applications; adhesives, sealants and binders; coatings and elastomers; equipment; raw materials, testing, specifications and performance; and physical testing of foams. Courses will begin on September 21 and end on September 23.
In addition to the PDP courses, and at no extra cost for conference attendees, there will be a special interest pre-conference workshop titled, "Introduction to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Issues Relative to Diisocyanates" on Sunday, September 21 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Innovation Award Submissions Due June 18
During the Closing Session on September 24, CPI will present its annual Polyurethane Innovation Award. The prestigious award is determined by votes cast by attendees during the Opening Session on September 22. CPI will accept nominations for this year's award until 5:00 p.m. EDT on June 18.
