PMC Increases Customer Service with New Hire – Candice Carras
Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC) has added an additional member to their Customer Service Department to further increase their customer support. The company is pleased to welcome its recent hire of Candice Carras, who has joined the PMC team as their Customer Service Coordinator. Candice comes to PMC from its sister company, Komo Machines, Inc., where she served in a similar role the last three years.
In her new role, Candice will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, as well as resolving technical issues. She will play an integral part interfacing with various departments such as Tech Service, Applications, Shipping and Purchasing, to ensure that customers receive the superior Customer Service they have grown to expect from PMC.
Candice’s extensive experience in the Customer Service industry over the past 18 years will be immensely beneficial in her new role. Her support of the national and international business will be significant in PMC’s promise that the “service does not stop with the sale”.
