Federal Judge Signs Final Decision in Thermal Barrier Case in Favor of Flame Seal

HOUSTON, TX – August 23, 2011 – Flame Seal Products, Inc. has announced that, in the lawsuit between Flame Seal and IFTI that culminated in a jury trial in May, a final ruling has been issued by the Court.  On August 12, 2011, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas ruled in favor of Flame Seal and entered a final judgment that IFTI recover nothing.  A copy of the Court’s Judgment is posted at Flame Seal’s website.
