JobPro Technology was founded in 2007 by Robin Reavis and Jeff Carter. Both Reavis and Carter did a great deal of research in the first two years in business and determined that there was a significant need for a web-based bid and job management software solution for any type of sub-contractor. They discovered there were a lot of desktop applications in the marketplace but web-based technology at that time was rare.
