Bayer MaterialScience's In-field Applicator Information Program Coming to 2013 SPFA Show
SPRING, TX – January 28, 2013 – The popular Bayer MaterialScience LLC Applicator Information Program (AIP) is now available as a condensed session. The program is called the In-Field AIP. It usually takes one and a half days and is geared to contractors with solid knowledge of SPF application equipment and demonstrated installation experience.
For those attending the 2013 SPFA Convention and Expo in Jacksonville, Florida, Bayer will be holding the classroom portion of the In-Field AIP for customers who need to complete their Contractor Accreditation Requirements.
The AIP will be held on Wednesday, February 13th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Downtown, 1331 Prudential Drive, off I-95 in the Dames Point Meeting Room. The AIP is available free of charge to any registered attendee and will include a continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Some of the topics that will be covered during the SPFA In-Field AIP will include:
- SPF overview
- Jobsite and rig preparation (classroom presentation only)
- Equipment operation
- Wall application
- Coatings
- Building Science
The In-Field AIP is intended solely for experienced Bayer SPF applicators. New contractors and others interested to learn more about spray foam insulation and products from Bayer are recommended to view the online Applicator Fundamentals Program. The program is free and is available in English and Spanish by visiting Bayer's website listed below. Bayer's three-day AIP Course provides more technical information and is recommended for new contractors.
