PMC Reaches New Heights with Their Newest Spray System
LAKEWOOD, NJ – March 4, 2016 –Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC) recently launched the latest innovation in spray gun technology, the AP-EX Spray System. Featuring a cutting-edge design that combines safety and efficiency, the AP-EX System presents the first-ever, specially designed extended reach spray system to allow an extended reach of 10 feet or more within a given area.

The AP-EX Spray System comes complete (gun block, chambers, pattern control tips, and remote trigger) and ready to be quickly connected to your existing coupling block. With an adjustable head that can be moved from straight, 45 or 90degrees to suit the applicator’s comfort level, the extended reach system allows the applicator to spray overheads, such as the underside of cathedral ceilings or the higher areas of a wall or the edges of a roof surface with ease. This minimizes the use of ladders and scaffolding. It also allows the contractor to spray a 10-foot wall without having to bend down to spray the bottom of the stud walls or stretch to safely reach the top. The AP-EX lends itself with ease to spray rim joists as well. The extended reach eliminates blow back of overspray onto the face shield and body. In a nutshell, The AP-EX Spray System is designed to spray in small or large spaces and tall ceilings – and is perfect for spraying any type of coatings and spray polyurethane foam.
