| Comments | Hello This is Sancar Olcay. We are in the process of purchasing 1850 Carriage Lane West Linn. Photo is attached. This is a 2400 sqft dome home built in 1978. Seller is the bankruptcy court and they are unable to provide any information on the house. All we can say is that house is composed of a total of 9 domes and is coated with a Polyurethane foam layer. The house is not maintained and we noticed several holes and cracks on the outside walls. It needs some maintenance and repair work. We were wondering if -If you are familiar with the house and did previous work on it. -Do you provide home inspection services to asses the condition of the outside walls. -Do you provide repair services for homes like this one. -What would the the scope of a repair work for. 1 inch crack on the wall which has been exposed to rain and conditions. -Would it be possible to apply a different coating like stucco on top of the Pe foam wall to make it more durable -interior walls are covered with a kind of paper machete substance. We would like to remove that. Do you provide alternatives for the interior walls. Thanks in advance for all your help Sancar |
